There is a non-wetsuit option in each of the distances for swimmers who prefer to swim without a wetsuit (skins swimmer). You must have previous experience of swimming without a wetsuit which must be noted in the appropriate field during the entry process. Tow Floats will be compulsory for all skins swimmers. For all other competitors wetsuits are compulsory. Shortie type wetsuits are allowed if you are an experienced swimmer, but we recommend full length wetsuits. If swimmers are susceptible to the cold, we would also recommend neoprene hats, socks and gloves. The minimum age for competitors is 11/14/16 for 750m/1500m/3k & 5k on the day of the event.
