There is a non-wetsuit option in each of the distances for swimmers who prefer to swim without a wetsuit (skins swimmer) – tow floats will be compulsory for all skins swimmers.
For all other competitors wetsuits are compulsory – “shortie” type wetsuits are allowed if you are an experienced swimmer but we recommend full length wetsuits. The minimum age for competitors is 11/14/16yrs for 750m/1500m/3k & 5k on the day of the event.
