The EPIC Ullswater Weekend, is 2 days of EPIC outdoor activity for the whole family based at Park Foot Holiday Park in Pooley Bridge. On the morning of Saturday June 1st, we have the Aquasphere EPIC Lakes Open Water Swim Ullswater. Previously held at Jenkins Field in Glenridding, 2024 brings a new start location at Park Foot and a range of new distances! You can choose the 750m, 1500m, 3000m or 5000m distance.

On Saturday afternoon at 4pm, Park Foot will also host a TriKidz duathlon event for children. Entries are free and children will receive a special TriKidz medal. It’s a ‘participation based’ event for children from 6-13 years of age and it doesn’t matter if they can ride (or own) a bike or not! The format is simple, run a short loop of the field, complete a set distance on our racing bikes mounted on turbo trainers and then repeat the run course to finish under the gantry. Just come along to Jenkins Field, bring the family and enjoy the atmosphere.

The next day, Sunday June 2nd, we’re hosting the Ullswater Epicman Triathlon. You can choose the sprint, standard or middle distance event, so there’s something for all abilities. Swim in Ullswater, cycle on the local scenic lanes, then run along the shoreline path to finish! This year the sprint distance event hosts the Triathlon England National Age Group Championships, so get yourself entered and join us for an EPIC day of triathlon!
